Returns & Exchanges

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged)

  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are only covered if the return is due to our error.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
